OUTDOOR DINING SPACE AND FOOD GARDEN | PARRAS DE LA FUENTE, MEXICO
When we first visited Parras, the oldest wine region in the American continent, we found centuries-old culinary traditions, beautiful landscapes, and new memories to be made. Casa Liebre was born to be a junction in this historic place, a main component of a larger cultural and regional tapestry.
Casa Liebre is a four acre plot of land in Parras, including an orchard, a restaurant, a tortilleria, a farmers market and a boutique hotel. It is a space where families and people from all ages can wander around and spend their day learning about agriculture and local traditions. The beauty of the food served in Casa Liebre comes from the freshness of harvesting on-site. The project’s main aim is to share the beauty and abundance that comes from protecting and nurturing our ecosystems, our natural heritage, and our local culture.
The visual identity of the brand uses modern typography inspired by Latin characters, without being limited to a single logo, we added stamps inspired by antique cigar labels, matches, and 1900’s packaging in Mexico.
